Purpose:

As part of the development of new Anaerobic Digestion Biomass Power Plant at Sutton Lodge Farm, the County Council proposed introducing no right turn restriction at the junction of Fosse Way into the Layby off B4114 Coventry Road (southbound) and on B4114 Coventry Road (northbound) into the Layby. As there would be an increased volume of traffic using this junction to access the development, the aim of these restrictions was to ensure safe access and egress for all road users.

Decision:

To introduce a no right turn restriction at the junction of Fosse Way into the Layby off B4114 Coventry Road (southbound) and on B4114 Coventry Road (northbound) into the Layby.
