The Corporate Procurement Board requested that the existing Service Level Agreement be reviewed prior to any extension to the current purchasing agreement.
To approve the Service Level Agreement for area traffic control operations and signal maintenance service.
Consideration was given to adding this service to the existing Memorandum of Understanding, but this was excluded due to the non-legally blinding nature of such agreements.
