To introduce an additional School Keep-Clear marking opposite St. Peter’s Church of England Primary Academy, Market Bosworth. The additional restriction was proposed due to several concerns being raised to the County Council regarding vehicles parking closely to the school entrance, restricting visibility and creating a dangerous environment for children entering and exiting the school.
To implement School Keep Clear restrictions on Station Road, Market Bosworth. The scheme shall restrict vehicles from parking where markings currently exist and are being proposed, between Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm.

The consultation was carried out for a period of three weeks between 26 November 2025 and 17 December 2025, in the local press, and on Leicestershire County Council’s website. All statutory consultees were contacted, and no objections were received.
The local Member Mr J. Melen CC was in support of the scheme.
