To implement No Waiting At Any Time restrictions and the revocation of Restricted No Waiting 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday restrictions in full on the following roads in Loughborough: Hermitage Road and its junction with Sharpley Road; Shelthorpe Road; Windmill Road itself and at its junctions with Beeches Road and Great Central Road; Grasmere Road and its junction with Atherstone Road.

To have No Waiting At Any Time restrictions along Woodthorpe Road, Loughborough, running through the bend.

The scheme was advertised and then formally consulted upon from 30 April 2025 to 22 May 2025 for a period of twenty-two days. The scheme was advertised in the Loughborough Echo and the relevant local member and essential consultees were included in the consultation. Residents with frontages who would be affected by the scheme were also consulted.
Two objections were received about Hermitage Road and its junction with Sharpley Road regarding the No Waiting At Any Time restrictions. Two objections were received about Woodthorpe Road and its junction with Shelthorpe Road regarding the No Waiting At Any Time restrictions. Two objections were received about Windmill Road regarding the revocation of No Waiting 8am to 6m, Monday to Friday restrictions.
The local Members Mr J. Miah CC, Mr A. Hamilton-Gray CC, Ms B. Gray CC and Mr R. Bailey CC were in support of the scheme.
