The scheme was advertised and formally consulted upon from Wednesday 11 February to Wednesday 4 March 2026 a period of three weeks. The essential consultees and local residents received notification. Notices were posted on site and the proposals were posted on the Council's consultation webpage.
The Council did not receive any objections or comments.
The local Member Ms B. Gray CC supported the proposals.
