East Midlands Shared Services Joint Committee
Purpose of committee
Leicestershire County Council and Nottingham City Council established, in autumn 2011, a joint committee called the ‘East Midlands Shared Services (EMSS)’. The EMSS oversees the development of a programme of shared services including Human Resources, Payroll and Finance transactional services.
The joint committee is administered by Nottingham City Council. Agenda papers/minutes and details of future meetings held can be found via its website.
