Appointment of Signal TM Ltd to the Provision of Temporary Traffic Management Resources_2026 Contract

A competition under YPO framework 772 Road Marking, Surfacing and Traffic Management, Lot 5 - Supply and installation of temporary traffic management was recently tendered.
A previous Officer Decision Record was approved to appoint another organisation. Unfortunately, that organisation withdrew their tender on 1 December 2025. Therefore, the bids have been re-evaluated.
