Consultation process
The consultation ran from Wednesday 10 December 2025 to Monday 5 January 2026. The essential consultees were consulted as part of the process. The proposals were posted on the County Councils website and were advertised in the Leicester Mercury. Notices were also posted on site along the access roads to the new developments.
There was one comment which was from the Cyclist Touring Club which had queried the cycling infrastructure at the access road to the new development.
The local Member Mrs. Seaton CC supported the proposals.
