Consultation process
The Plan must be agreed by the statutory partners of the Youth and Justice Partnership (includes the NHS, local authorities, OPCC, Police, the Probation Service). Engagement with members of the Youth and Justice Management Board began on 5 December 2025 and formal consultation took place from 27 February to 6 March 2026. The draft Plan was considered by the Board on 6 March 2026. The Scrutiny Commission will consider a report at its meeting on 22 April 2026. The County Council will consider a report at its meeting on 13 May 2026.
