Consultation process
The scheme was advertised and formally consulted upon from Wednesday 11 February to Wednesday 4 March 2026, a period of three weeks. The essential consultees, and local residents received notification. Notices were posted on site, and the proposals were posted on the Council’s consultation web page.
The Council received two objections. It was deemed that these were not objections to what was actually proposed. The consultees were notified that their comments would not be taken as an objection and given further time to reconsider their objection. No further communication was received.
The local Member Mr J. Miah CC supported the proposals.
