Loughborough Town Centre Partnership (LTCP) is a partnership
between business, the community and other interests in Charnwood, whose aim is
to:
i)
Support the development of Loughborough Town
Centre as a high quality destination providing a safe, vibrant, attractive
location which serves the interests of local business, residents and visitors.
ii)
Ensure that Loughborough Town Centre is a
competitive location for business, leisure and employment.
iii)
Provide a forum to facilitate discussion and
dialogue between various parties with an interest in Loughborough Town Centre
iv)
To facilitate the introduction of sustainable
funding arrangements for town centre activity, including investigating the
potential for the introduction of a Business Improvement District.
v)
To concentrate its town centre activity in the
first instance in the defined “Action Area”.
