Outside body

The Foundation makes grants for educational activities to persons in need of financial assistance, who are under the age of 25 years and who are, or one or more of their parents are, normally resident in the City of Leicester.  Grants are also made to any maintained Church of England or other maintained schools within the City of Leicester or any other Church of England school in the diocese of Leicester.
