Members of the body are the Trustees for the purpose of holding property belonging to the Charity.
Every appointment shall be for a term of four years and a Trustee so appointed shall be eligible for re-appointment at the end of his or her term of office for a maximum of two such terms, or 9 years, whichever is the longer.
